Shipping UK Customers
We ship all wig orders with Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully tracked and insured for the full value of your item—so you can shop with confidence. For next-day delivery, please place your order before 2pm.
Instore Returns
When you visit us for a consultation, you’ll have the chance to see the wigs in person, try them on, and explore the different sizes and colours available. This way, you can make sure the piece you choose feels just right for you. i'm always happy to guide and support you, but the final choice is yours.
Because you’re able to try before you buy, in-person purchases are non-returnable, even if the tags are still attached. If the lace or tags are removed in store, or if any custom cutting or styling is done, the item will also be non-refundable.
Returns
At TWP, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
If you receive a ready-to-ship wig and feel it isn’t suitable, you’re welcome to send it back as long as it’s still in a condition that allows it to be resold.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are accepted on the following items:
- Ready-to-Ship Wigs
Refunds are not accepted on the following items:
- Ready-to-Ship wigs that have had customisations (e.g. cut)
- Ready-to-Ship wigs that have had the lace cut
- Custom wigs and Made-to-Order pieces
- Discounted or sale items (these are final sale)
- Accessories (e.g. wig caps, brushes due to hygiene reasons)
By placing an order for a made-to-order wig, you confirm that you understand and accept that the item is non-refundable once production begins.
Returns
If you decide to send your wig back, please let me know within 14 days of receiving your order, and the item must be returned within 28 days. Our tracked, signed-for service confirms your delivery date.
After the wig arrives back with me, it will be checked to make sure it’s in the same condition it was sent.
Once the inspection is complete and everything is in order, we’ll issue your refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.
All returns must be posted using Special Delivery that includes tracking, a signature on delivery, and insurance that covers the full value of the wig in case the item is lost or damaged in transit.
I’m happy to offer refunds as long as they’re returned in the same condition they arrived unworn, with the lace and packaging still as new.
Please note, once a wig has been customised, whether that’s trimming the lace, adjusting the length or style it becomes non-returnable. Cutting the lace at the front is considered confirmation that you’re fully happy with your wig and ready to keep it.
If there is any makeup or residue on the lace, the return will be refused and the wig will be sent back to you.
How to Return
If possible, please drop me an email within 14 days of receiving your order to let me know you’d like to return it.
Make sure the wig is in line with the return conditions.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.
This is due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping and customs processes.
All international sales are final.

International orders (including to the EU and Ireland) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and VAT as per your local laws.
